23 died as doctors on strike: Bengal government submits report in Supreme Court

The West Bengal government told the Supreme Court that 23 individuals have died due to a doctors' strike at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, initiated after the rape and murder of a postgraduate doctor.
