Russia is preparing for a visit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which is expected to take place in July, according to a report by Russian state news agency RIA, cited by Reuters. During the visit, PM Modi is scheduled to meet with President Vladimir Putin. The Kremlin had confirmed in March that PM Modi had an open invitation to visit Moscow. The ties between India and Russia remained strong notwithstanding Moscow's invasion of Ukraine.
