Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, representing Soren, submitted that although the verdict was reserved in February end and the order is not yet delivered, thus Soren would remain in jail and election will be over. Soren was taken into custody on January 31 in the case following his resignation as the Jharkhand chief minister.
