Delhi High Court declines second PIL seeking Kejriwal's removal post money laundering arrest. The Delhi HC said that this is Kejriwal's decision to hold the CM post or not. A divisional bench comprising of ACJ Manmohan and Justice Arora heard the case. The court also said that the LG upholds authority, and constitutional morality.
