Union minister Smriti Irani has accused Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel of receiving a Rs 500 crore kickback for the Congress party's election campaign. Irani alleged that the party used hawala transactions to fund its campaign in the state. The Enforcement Directorate has arrested a cash courier boy who was delivering a large sum of cash for election expenses.
