The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) will begin hearing Google's plea against the penalty imposed by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) on November 28. The penalty of Rs 936.44 crore was imposed on Google for abusing its dominant position with respect to Play Store policies.
